New landlord at the crown. They gone out and bought some 100w light bulbs. Lot brighter then the last visit. Over 9 beers on offer in a very  busy pub. We just got a seat. Harvey, Les Steve, jackie,clint, colin and helen enjoyed the different beers untill closing time. We found out that Les does not light cheese and oinon crisps. So we all know what we will buy next week at the pub.

Wednesday 21st saw steve do a slide show on the inland water ways. Taking in canal trips he has made with the group or friends of his. From the local canel network to waterways up in scotland and across to wales and down to London. Taking in the old victoria lifting bridges to the modern day state of the art  lifting bridges. he even found anew canel only built in the last few years. Now did he get there before Phil at bagging this?

Last sunday Chris led nine members on walk starting from the Plague village of eyam. Five females and four males trudge over the moors takingin bretton moor.

Last Friday was Steves pub night at the Hare and Hounds Otterspool. Five members turned up. But if we had any more they would have been standing. Pub was busy on one side serving food and it the smell was nice. So Steve Gill,Phil, helen and Colin had a good chat untill closing time. Steve was happy as he was a gran dad.

Last week was the first jpeg evening. A good turn out to try the new projector. Joan and Vince shown you did not need a digital camera. You can still use film.

Steve Harrington has now come a grandad. He now has a granson to walk on the hills.
